Short answer

Softball awards cover two worlds: adult and company leagues, where the prize is a team award and a year of bragging rights, and fastpitch or slowpitch tournaments, where every bracket needs champion and finalist awards. We design both from your league, team or tournament artwork and build them in acrylic, wood and metal, printed in full color. These are designed awards, not catalog figures. There is no minimum order, and you see a design proof before anything is produced.

A league award people actually want to win

In an adult league, the trophy is half the point. It sits behind a bar, in an office lobby or on a shelf in the sponsor’s shop, and the team that holds it lets everyone know. A stock figure does not do that job nearly as well as an award with the league’s name, the season and the winning team’s name on it.

So we design from your artwork. The league logo, the sponsor’s mark or the company crest becomes the shape of the piece, cut from layered acrylic and printed in full color, on a base that can carry a plate for each season’s champion.

Semi-custom awards suit a set for a whole team; custom awards suit the one league trophy that everyone plays for.

Company teams and sponsored leagues

A company softball team is usually paid for by the business, and a city or church league is usually paid for by its sponsors. Both facts belong on the award. A sponsor’s logo on the league trophy is often what brings the sponsor back next season, and a company’s crest on its team award is what gets it displayed in the office.

If the league is one of several things a company runs in a year, team awards covers matching awards for a group, and the other company-event pages, such as bowling and cornhole, follow the same pattern.

Fastpitch and slowpitch tournaments

Tournament awards are organized by bracket. Fastpitch events are mostly youth and school-age and run by age group; slowpitch events are mostly adult and run by men’s, women’s and co-ed divisions. In both, each bracket needs champion and finalist awards for a full roster, made before the weekend with the tournament name and bracket on them.

What does an adult softball league give its champions?

Most give one team award for display and keep a traveling league trophy that gains a plate each season. Individual awards for every player are optional and more common in tournaments.

Can a sponsor’s logo go on the league trophy?

Yes. Send the sponsor’s logo with your own and say where it should appear. It is printed as part of the design.

What is a traveling trophy?

An award that passes to each season’s champion and is returned before the next final. A name plate is added for each winner, so it becomes the league’s record.

Do you make awards for a home run derby?

Yes. A derby award is usually a small piece or a medallion in the same design as the league or tournament awards.
