Cornhole Trophies
Custom awards for company picnics, fundraiser tournaments and weekly leagues
Short answer
Most cornhole tournaments are doubles, so the basic order is two matching trophies for the winning team and two for the runners-up, in the event’s own design. A league adds a season champion award, and a fundraiser adds a thank-you for the sponsor. We design the set around your event name and logo and build it in acrylic, wood and metal, cut to shape and printed in full color. There is no minimum order, and you approve a design proof before anything is produced.

Count players, not teams
The most common mistake in a cornhole trophy order is buying one trophy per winning team. Doubles is two people, and they do not live in the same house. Order two per placing, so each partner takes one home.
Cornhole is also the event at a company picnic where the widest range of people can win, which is the reason it gets chosen. The awards should match that mood: well made, clearly from this event and not too serious.
A board-shaped award is the obvious design, and acrylic cut to shape and printed in full color does it well. See custom awards for what can be built, or semi-custom awards for your artwork on a stock body.
Awards by type of event

Doubles tournament
Two matching trophies each for first, second and often third. The standard order for a picnic or fundraiser.

Singles bracket
One trophy per placing. Sometimes run alongside doubles for the players who want more games.

League season awards
Season champions, plus an award for the regular-season leaders if the league ends in a playoff.

Perpetual for the venue
A plaque or trophy that stays at the office, the bar or the clubhouse, listing each event’s winners.

Medallions for a big field
An acrylic medallion on a ribbon for every finalist or every entrant at a large charity event.

Sponsor thank-you
For the business that paid for the boards, the bags or the venue.
An award list to copy
| Award | How many | What goes on it |
|---|---|---|
| Doubles champions | 2 | Event name, “Champions,” year |
| Doubles runners-up | 2 | Same design, “Runner-Up” |
| Doubles third place | 2 | Only if the bracket is large |
| Singles champion | 1 | If a singles bracket is run |
| Social bracket champions | 2 | For events that split competitive and casual players |
| Sponsor | 1 | Sponsor’s logo and a line of thanks |
| Perpetual | 1 | Award name plus a plate per event |
Many fundraisers run two brackets, one competitive and one social, so that the people who own their own bags do not flatten everyone else. If you do, give both brackets a proper trophy. The social bracket is where most of your entrants are.
What to put on a cornhole trophy
Event, placing, year. Team names are rarely known in advance for a one-day tournament, so the trophies are made without them.

A league is different: the standings are known before the final night, so names can go on. For more examples, see the plaque wording guide.
Company picnic, fundraiser or league
- Company picnic: one bracket, one set of trophies and a perpetual that sits in the break room until next summer. If the picnic has other contests, team awards covers matching sets across several events.
- Fundraiser: trophies for the brackets, a sponsor award, and something for the volunteers who ran the boards all afternoon. See volunteer awards.
- Weekly league: season champions and runners-up, with the same design reordered each season so a team that wins twice has a matching pair.
For a few lighter categories, such as best team name or most improved, funny award ideas has a long list.
What to send us
- The event or league name, the year or season, and any logo.
- The brackets you are running and how many placings each pays.
- Any sponsor logos to include.
- Whether the event repeats, so the same design can be reordered.
We send a design proof and you approve it before anything is produced. Tell us the date and request a quote against it. More guides for company events are in the Recognition Library.
Cornhole Trophies FAQs
How many trophies do I need for a cornhole tournament?
For doubles, two per placing: two for the champions and two for the runners-up at minimum. Add a pair for third place if the bracket is large, and one each per placing for any singles bracket.
Can the trophy be shaped like a cornhole board?
Yes. Acrylic is cut to shape and printed in full color, so a board-shaped award carrying your event artwork is a straightforward custom build.
Can we add our company or sponsor logo?
Yes. Awards are designed around your artwork, and sponsor logos can be included in the design or given their own plate.
Can we order only the champions’ pair?
Yes. There is no minimum, so two matching trophies for the winning team is a complete order.
Should the trophies have the winners’ names on them?
For a one-day tournament, usually not, because winners are not known until the final. A league that knows its standings in advance can add names.
Can we reorder the same design each season?
Yes. The design can be repeated with the year or season changed, so every set matches.
