Short answer

You can order custom trophies online from MX Trophies without a showroom visit or a phone call. Send the award names, quantities, wording and logo through the order form or by email. We design the awards and email a proof; once you approve it, we send a sales order with a payment link, build the awards in our own shop in Carson City, Nevada, and ship them to you. There is no minimum order, and nothing is produced until you have approved the design.

Buying a trophy online, without the shopping cart

Most online trophy stores work like any other shop: pick a stock item, type a line of engraving into a box, pay, and hope the result looks right. That suits a catalog trophy. It does not suit an award built around your own logo and event, where the design is the product.

So ordering here works the other way round. You tell us what the awards are for, we design them, and you see exactly what you are getting on a proof before you pay for anything. The whole exchange happens by email, wherever in the country you are.

What to have ready

An order goes most smoothly when the first message answers the questions we would otherwise have to ask. None of it needs to be final; rough is fine.

  • What the awards are for: the event, program or occasion, and its date.
  • The list: each award name or class, and how many of each.
  • The wording: what each piece should say. Names can be sent as a typed list or a spreadsheet.
  • Your logo: the best file you have. Vector artwork reproduces most cleanly.
  • Where they are going: one address or several.

From first message to delivery

  1. You send the details. Through a form, by email, or by phone or text.
  2. We design the awards. You choose between plate awards, semi-custom awards built on a standard body, or a fully custom design, and we lay out your artwork and wording.
  3. You review the proof. It arrives by email. Check every name and date, and ask for any changes.
  4. You approve and pay. Once the artwork is approved, a sales order follows for your review, with a payment link.
  5. We build and ship. The awards are digitally printed, cut and assembled in-house, then shipped to you.

If the awards have to arrive by a certain date, say so in the first message so we can quote against it. The shipping policy covers how orders are sent.

Ordering Online FAQs

Can I order just one trophy online?

Yes. There is no minimum order, so a single award goes through the same steps as a full set.

Do I pay before I see the design?

No. You receive a design proof first. The sales order and payment link come after you have approved the artwork.

Do you ship to every state?

We ship nationwide. If an order needs to go to more than one address, list the addresses when you send the details.

What if I do not have a logo file?

Send whatever you have, even a photo or a sketch, and tell us what you want the award to show. We will let you know if we need something better to work from.

Can I change the design after I see the proof?

Yes. The proof exists so you can check it and ask for changes. Production starts only once you approve it.

How do I find out when my order would arrive?

Tell us the date you need the awards for when you first get in touch, and we will quote against that date.
