Reorder Awards

Order last season’s design again with this year’s names, add a plate to a perpetual or match an award you already have

Short answer

If you ordered awards from us before, you can order the same design again. Reordering a design keeps a recurring award identical from year to year, with only the name and date changing. Send us what you can find from last time, such as the order email or invoice, a photo of the award, and the event name and year, along with the new names. We prepare the updated design and send a proof for you to approve before anything is produced.

The same award, a new season

Most of our orders come back every year. A race series needs its class awards again, a league needs this year’s champions, a company needs the next employee of the year. In each case the design is already settled. What changes is the text: the winner, the place, the year.

Reordering is about keeping the set consistent. A champion who has won three years running should be able to put the three awards side by side and see that they belong together. A perpetual that gains a plate each year should look like one piece, not a collection of afterthoughts.

To place the order, use the order form. If you want to change more than names and dates, the estimate request is the better place to start. The season-end planning side is covered in end-of-season awards.

Common reorders

Custom acrylic award icon

Last season’s design, this year’s names

The most common reorder. Same shape, same artwork, new winners and a new year. Send the updated name list in the order it should be produced.

Wall plaque icon

A plate for a perpetual

One new name plate for a trophy or plaque that stays with the club or company. Send a photo of the current plates so the new one follows the same layout.

Layered award icon

A new class or division

Your program added a class mid-season or a new division for next year. We make the extra awards in the existing design with the new class name.

Fully custom award icon

A late addition

A tie for third, a recount, a sponsor who joined after the first order. One or two more awards in the same design to complete the set.

Medallion award icon

Damaged in transit or on display

A cracked piece, a broken base, an award that fell off a shelf. Send a photo and the original details and we will make a replacement to match.

Pin and commemorative award icon

Lost or misplaced

The winner moved, the award never made it home, the perpetual went missing from a trophy case. A photo from the banquet is often enough to start.

What to send us

Send whatever you can find. You do not need all of it, and any one item helps us identify the design.

  • The order email or invoice from last time, or the name and email address the order was placed under.
  • A photo of the award, front on, in good light. For a perpetual, include a close photo of the existing plates.
  • The event name and year the award was made for.
  • The new text: names, places, classes and the year, typed out exactly as they should appear.
  • Quantities for each award, and any lines that are new this year.

If you have the original artwork file, such as a logo or a sponsor mark, send it through file upload. If nothing can be found, a photo and a description still let us start; we will tell you if anything needs to be redrawn. Questions before you order can go to contact us.

What changes and what stays the same

If you want to change the design itself, for example a new logo or a different size, that is a new design rather than a reorder. It is still possible, but the new awards will not match last year’s exactly, which matters most for a recurring set and for perpetual plates.

Adding a plate to a perpetual

A perpetual trophy gains one name a year, so its reorder is the smallest order we see and the one that most needs to match. The new plate should follow the same order of lines as the plates already on it.

Send a photo that shows the existing plates clearly, and tell us which space the new plate goes in. If the perpetual is full, perpetual trophies covers the options, from a second base to a retired-names display.

You still get a proof

A reorder goes through the same approval step as a first order. We prepare the design with the new names and send a proof, and nothing is produced until you approve it. Read every name and year on the proof; a misspelled name is the most common mistake on a reorder, because the list is usually typed in a hurry after the season ends.

For timing, work back from the date the awards must be in hand and contact us for the current lead time against that date. How far in advance to order explains how to plan around a banquet date.

Reorder Awards FAQs

Can I reorder the same awards as last year?

Yes. The design is repeated and only the names and year change, so this season’s awards match last season’s. Send the order email or invoice, a photo of the award, or the event name and year, plus the new names.

What if I cannot find my old order?

Send a photo of the award and the event name and year. That is often enough to identify the design. If anything needs to be redrawn, we will tell you before the proof.

Will I see a proof on a reorder?

Yes. Every order gets a design proof, and nothing is produced until you approve it. Check every name and year carefully.

Can I add one plate to a perpetual trophy?

Yes. There is no minimum order, so a single plate is a normal order. Send a clear photo of the existing plates so the new one follows the same layout.

Can I replace an award that was broken or lost?

Yes. Send a photo of the award, or of the original if the broken piece is gone, with the event name, year and the text that was on it.

Can I change the design on a reorder?

You can, but then it is a new design and will not match earlier years exactly. For a perpetual or a recurring set, small text changes keep the awards consistent.

Send last year’s details and this year’s names

Send what you have from last time and the new names, places and year. We prepare the updated design and send a proof for approval before anything is produced.

There is no minimum order. One perpetual plate or a full season of awards is the same process.
