Lacrosse Trophies
Tournament, league and season-end awards for youth, club and school lacrosse, designed from your own artwork
Short answer
A lacrosse tournament awards champions and finalists in each age division and often names an all-tournament team. A season ends with a banquet that recognizes position play: the goalie, the defense, the faceoff specialist. We make lacrosse trophies and medals designed from your club or tournament logo, cut to shape in acrylic and printed in full color, with wood and metal where they suit. A crossed-stick outline or your crest can be the shape of the award. No minimum order applies, and a design proof comes to you for approval before production.

Built around the way lacrosse is played
Lacrosse is a roster sport with clear position groups, and the awards should reflect that. A banquet that only gives MVP and most improved leaves out the goalie who faced every shot and the defender who never touched the ball on offense. The good lacrosse banquets give each unit its own award.
We design those as custom awards: the club logo or crest cut in acrylic, a pair of crossed sticks, a helmet or a goal, layered and printed in your colors. For tournament medals, a stick head or a ball outline makes a medal that is clearly lacrosse from across the field, through our medallion awards.
Boys’ and girls’ lacrosse are played under different rules and with different equipment, and box lacrosse is a game of its own. We draw the artwork to match the game you play, so a girls’ program gets a girls’ stick and no helmet on the art.
Lacrosse awards we make

Division champion and finalist
A team trophy for each age division, plus a medal for every player on the champion and finalist rosters.

Tournament medals
Cut acrylic medals in the shape of a stick head or the tournament logo, one per player on the podium teams.

All-tournament team
A smaller matching piece for each named player, chosen by coaches or tournament staff after the last game.

Position awards
Goalie, defender, midfielder and faceoff awards for the banquet, one design with a different title line.

Captains and seniors
Plaques for captains and keepsakes for seniors at the last home game.

Club and tournament pins
Trading pins for travel tournaments, designed from the club logo and the year.
Tournament awards: pool play to the final
A typical youth lacrosse tournament runs pool play first, then a bracket for each age division. The awards are decided only in the bracket, so the count comes from divisions and rosters.
| Award | How many | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Champion team trophy | One per division | The piece that goes back to the club |
| Champion player medals | Roster size per division | Ask the largest roster allowed, and add the coaches |
| Finalist player medals | Roster size per division | Same shape, different colorway |
| Finalist team trophy | Optional, one per division | Common at larger events |
| All-tournament team | A set number per division | Decide the number before the event |
| Tournament MVP | One per division | Often split into offensive and defensive |
Leave the division off the medal and put it on the team trophy. Medals then move between divisions as rosters change on the weekend, and you only need spares in one design.
A season-end list for a lacrosse team
Give the team a matching piece for every player, then a short list of individual honors. This is a common shape for a club or school team:
- Team award for every player and coach, with the team name and the season.
- Most valuable player, and on larger programs an offensive and a defensive player of the year.
- Goalie award. On a roster with two goalies, name it for saves or for leadership so it does not become a ranking.
- Faceoff specialist, for the player who won possession all season.
- Ground ball award, the hustle prize of lacrosse.
- Most improved, coaches’ award and captains.
More category names, including leadership and sportsmanship, are in sports award categories. For the MVP piece itself, see MVP trophies, and for the banquet as a whole, end-of-season awards.
What to engrave on lacrosse awards
On tournament pieces: event name, division on the team trophy only, placing, year. On season pieces: award title, name, team and season. Position awards read better with the position in the title line.

- Divisions, the largest roster, and the awards you want per division.
- The banquet list with names, if it is a season order.

Lacrosse Trophies FAQs
Do lacrosse tournaments give trophies or medals?
Usually both: a team trophy for the champion in each division and a medal for every player on the podium rosters. Some events add a finalist trophy.
Can a lacrosse award be shaped like a stick?
Yes. Acrylic is cut to any outline, so crossed sticks, a stick head, a helmet or your crest can be the shape of a trophy or a medal.
Do you make awards for girls’ lacrosse?
Yes, with artwork drawn for the girls’ game. Tell us which game you play and we match the stick and equipment in the design.
What individual awards does a lacrosse banquet give?
MVP, offensive and defensive player, goalie, faceoff specialist, ground ball award, most improved, coaches’ award and captains are common.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One team’s banquet set is a normal order, as is a full tournament with many divisions.
Can we reuse the design next year?
Yes. The design is kept and reordered with the year changed, so the tournament looks the same every season.

Send the divisions and rosters
