Esports Trophies

Tournament, league and club awards for school, college and community esports, built from your own team and event artwork

Short answer

An esports trophy should look like your team or your event, not like a game box. We design esports awards from the club, school or tournament logo, cut in layered acrylic and metal and printed in full color, with generic shapes such as a controller, a headset, a keyboard or a trophy cup drawn by us. We do not use game publisher logos, characters or title art as design suggestions; the artwork is yours. There is no minimum order, so one trophy for one LAN final is a normal job, and you approve a design proof before anything is produced.

Awards for a sport with no standard trophy

Most sports have a trophy shape people expect. Esports does not, which is an advantage: the award can be whatever the club or event looks like. School and college programs usually want the school mascot with a gaming element. Community tournaments and LAN events want the event logo big and bright, often in neon colors that print well on acrylic.

That is a custom award: your artwork cut to its own outline, layered for depth and set on a base. A mascot holding a controller, a shield with a headset, a pixel-style version of your crest. Our acrylic plaques work well for a team wall award, and the semi-custom awards put your artwork on a stock body for larger player sets.

One rule we follow: the game itself appears in words, not in its trademarked art. A plate can say which title the bracket was played in. The logo, splash art and characters belong to the publisher, and a design built from your own artwork looks better on a shelf anyway.

School club, college program and LAN event

The three most common esports award orders look quite different. Start from the one that matches yours.

Rosters in esports change more than in most sports. For a tournament, order team trophies with the event and placing only, and engrave player pieces once the final roster is confirmed, or leave them as event pieces with no names.

Awards beyond first place

A good esports banquet or LAN closing ceremony recognizes more than the winners. Common choices:

  • Runner-up and third place, for brackets with a third-place match.
  • Clutch award, for the play everyone was talking about after the final.
  • Shotcaller or in-game leader, for the player who ran the comms all season.
  • Best support player, the role nobody sees on the scoreboard.
  • Sportsmanship, for the team that was the best opponent to play against.
  • Volunteer, caster and admin thank-yous, because events do not run without them.

More names for team and individual awards are in sports award categories, and lighter categories for a club party are in funny award ideas.

What to engrave

Event or club name, the placing or award title, the season or date, and the title of the game in plain text if the club plays more than one. For individual awards, the player’s name first, and the gamertag in quotes if the club uses them.

A league that runs every year can keep a perpetual trophy with each season’s champion added on a plate, and give the winners a keeper in the same design.

What to send us

  • Your club, school or event logo in the best file you have.
  • The awards you want and how many players per team.
  • Any names and gamertags, or a note that the pieces are blank.
  • The date of the final, banquet or LAN.

How to prepare your logo for trophies explains which files work best. For timing, work back from the event date and read how far in advance to order. Awards for other sports and seasons are in the Recognition Library, and banquet planning is on end-of-season awards.

Esports Trophies FAQs

Can you put a game’s logo on our esports trophy?

We design esports awards from your own club, school or event artwork, and do not use game publisher logos, characters or title art as design elements. The name of the game can appear in plain text on the plate.

What shapes work for an esports trophy?

Your mascot or crest cut to its outline, often with a generic controller, headset or keyboard drawn by us. Layered acrylic gives depth and bright color.

Should esports awards use real names or gamertags?

School programs usually use real names, with the gamertag in quotes if players want it. Community events often use gamertags only.

Do you make awards for school esports clubs?

Yes. Season awards for every member, a team trophy, captain and most improved awards, and a plaque for the faculty advisor are common orders.

Is there a minimum order for one LAN final?

No. A single champion trophy is a normal order.

Can the design be reused next season?

Yes. We keep the design so it can be reordered with the new season or event date.
